Prophet Lucius Harris

Elder Lucius A. Harris II was born August 26, 1982 and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Elder Harris is the eldest son of Lucius Harris Sr. and Delores Harris. He graduated from Dillard High School in 2001. Elder Harris accepted Christ at the tender age of seven years old to be his Lord and Savior. He has always surrounded himself with mature, seasoned saints who were Kingdom minded. Elder Harris has always been aware of the special calling and gifts in which God placed on his life. Elder Harris through many adversities and temptations remained focused and persistent to live and walk circumspectly that men, women, boys and girls might be won to Christ.

Elder Harris was a faithful member of Little Church By The Wayside for Jesus, under the leadership of his spiritual birth mother, mentor and Apostle, Overseer Dr. Aretha B. Washington for over 20 years. Humbling and submitting himself to the Holy Spirit, and the call of God being recognized on his life by his leader, in 2004 he was ordained to preach the Gospel. He served in several capacities of ministry, such as Adult Choir Director, Youth Bible Study and Sunday School Instructor, and Youth Pastor.  In 2006, Elder Harris acquired a Bachelor Degree of Religious Arts in Biblical Studies from the Gate of Bethel Bible College. The Lord released Elder Harris from this ministry in 2011. Though it was a difficult time of transition, Elder Harris met with his leader and left the ministry decent and in order! After much prayer, in September of 2011, Elder Harris was lead of the Lord to relocate to Tampa, FL., where he submitted himself to the leadership of Senior Pastor Ernest & Dr. Chloe Coney at Spirit of Truth Ministries. He was ultimately installed as the Executive Pastor of the ministry.

In June of 2014, the Lord had a plan, one of which caused Elder Harris to question the Lord through prayer and after receiving confirmation in combination with manifestation, he replied with a resounding “Yes Lord!” Elder Harris answered the call to pastor and birthed out Remnant of Truth Ministries, in Tampa, FL.  

Elder Harris is currently employed with the Hillsborough County Public School System. Even before graduation, Elder Harris has always had a desire and compassion to work with children.

A man after God’s own heart…young, yet full of wisdom and integrity…a prophet to this generation. Elder Harris operates under an apostolic, prophetic and evangelistic anointing. His life and ministry bear witness to the mercy, grace, love, and most importantly the power of God, with the miracles, signs and wonders following. His prayer and desire is to stay humble before God so that He may exalt him in due season. He also prays that the anointing of God upon his life would be evident, and that the world may know through the gospel in which he has been charged to preach and live, that Jesus is alive and well and that there is absolutely nothing too hard for God.
